12:00 am	I suppose this post is a bit different from the usual but I think it's still a pretty valid one. For those of you aspiring artists out there, I would just like to remind you to remember why it is that you became an artist. Was it to make a lot of money? Was it to impress a special someone by showing them who you truly are, your voice, your visions, your thoughts and your imaginations? Or maybe you wanted the self satisfaction of taking a unique approach towards success. Whatever the reason is, I just want to take the time to remind you to remember. I have remembered why I became an artist and it was not necessarily to become known to the world, but to be known for saving it (I want to make a difference). Sometimes you can get so caught up in the world, in your social life, in the process of things... you forget. You let people forget and you let yourself forget who you are and why you're doing it. Remember what started it all and what you love to do the most, no matter how silly it may seem, because you'll be a better person for it. - patric Current Music: red carpet ∙ alright (Comment on this)

12:00 am	It was decided that we would do 3 different versions of the postcard for our show. More cards means more coverage, right? Postcard for show (front). Postcard for show (back). The red text for the front appears a lot pinker online than it did in my photoshop window. Hmm... better make sure it prints right.   (Comment on this)

12:00 am	Computer crashed a few weeks ago, so I decided to do some stuff by hand while I was fixing that (originals are 20" x 32"). These will be copied using a screenprinting process and then placed up for sale. 12:00 am	6 robots I did as elements for a collage that I'm creating with friends for an art show flyer (this should be interesting). I usually do these by hand but decided to try illustrator for a change, it was fun. I've never really used illustrator but I could get used to this. Here they are, pre-colored.
